The Riad is located in the center of the old Medina of Marrakesh, five minutes walk from the famous big square Jamaa el Fna. A very big house that exsists since 1860. Three years of hard work were necessary to rebuild it, it was opened in January 2000 on an area of 1500 M2.

Accommodation

Riad Kaiss contains two courtyards, a big salon on the first floor, a dining room and hung terraces, gym, and eight rooms differently decorated. The big wooden door leads through the small patio garden into a world of greenery in the interior court where one can enjoy and relax. At night the fountains, lanterns and fireplaces add magic to your experience. The decoration of each of the eight rooms and bathrooms is exquisitely different and shows the authenticity and maturity of the local moroccan artists. The gourmet breakfast is served at your convenience in your room or in the court garden.
