* Liberty Kitchen: Occupying a large area to the back left of the lobby, the hotel's buffet restaurant features an open kitchen and serves buffet breakfast and lunch and an à la carte lunch and dinner. The à la carte menu is contemporary international and includes succulent Black Angus Steaks made from Irish beef.
