IL Mare, offers innovative cuisine with an Italian flavor, with seafood as its specialty, aside from its array of fish, meat and pasta dishes. Samudra Shark's Fin specializes in Cantonese cuisine, fresh seafood, a wide variety of fish and a wide choice of dim sum for breakfast.

Samudra Suki offers Indochine fusion cuisine and Thai Style Steamboat. Edo Gin features traditional Japanese as well as the creative fusion of Japanese and Californian cuisine. Cascade Lounge is the ideal place to see and be seen, known for its English Afternoon Tea and evening cocktails as well as its monthly fashion parades, and where guests can relax at night to blues and jazz tunes.
