The 120 en-suite rooms are sea-facing, elegantly and stylishly furnished and include self-catering facilities, television, air-conditioning and tea and coffee making facilities.

Facilities and Services

The Lighthouse Breakfast Restaurant and Bar is situated on the 2nd floor of the Hotel. The restaurant seats 100 GUESTS and is open from 06h30 to 10h00. The bar is open from 15h00 to 23h00.

A sundeck and plunge pool is located on the 10th floor (rooftop) of the hotel. Secure undercover parking available for 100 cars. The hotel can arrange transport to and from the Airport and tours can be arranged on request. A hairdresser and beauty salon is located on the 2nd floor of the Protea Mall.

Sporting facilities: Most sporting facilities are to be found nearby. We are a stones throw away from the Umhlanga Country Club, which offers tennis and bowls facilities. The ski boat club has deep sea fishing trips available on request and scuba diving facilities are close by. Horse riding facilities are 5 minutes away. Tennis, golf, squash, gymnasium, ten-pin bowling, a jogging track, games room, bowls and boat trips all within 10 minutes of the hotel.

MEETINGS: Conference Facilities: The state-of-the-art conference centre is situated on the 9th floor and overlooks the Umhlanga coast line. The conference centre can seat up to 200 delegate`s cinema style, while breakaway rooms are also available for smaller, informal get-togethers.
