The Kastro Hotel has been designed to satisfy the needs of our guests and to facilitate their activities. It is offering accommodation on a 12 months basis. Is a small family Hotel, clean and hospitable. It is located in the Centre of the City. You can walk to the Martinego bastion, the highest point of the Castle. Here is also the grave of the famous Nikos Kazantzakis. In the Old Town Centre we meet the Venizelos Square with the Venetian Morozini Fountain. The basilica of St. Mark, the Venetian Lotzia, beautiful fountains, old churches, such as Agios Titos, the Fortress, the Venetian Shipyards and many more scattered monuments make our walk through the City unforgettable. The Hotel embodies the rich Cretan Tradition of warm hospitality. Built in 1964, it was completely renovated and decorated in 2002 blending the past with up-to-date luxury for all visitors keen on combining business with pleasure. It is famous owing to its lasting presence in the City of Heraklion and quality services for our valued patrons. The Hotel occupies one of the most convenient locations in the Town, across the main shopping district, within walking distance from the 4 Lions Square, right at the Center of the Town and next to the famous archaeological Museum.
