The Palazzo de Laoag Hotel and Restaurant, which first operated on May 8 of 1997, rises along Vintar Road amidst the rice fields at the northeastern part of Laoag City downtown. With an aggregate total land of 3,509 square meters, this four-story edifice houses four (4) outlets, a coffee shop and restaurant, a disco house, a Videoke bar, and a swimming pool.The hotel is definitely a HOME and a repository of treasured collections of Filipino artifacts, historic scenes in the Ilocos, captured in oil canvass and photographic collections of the traditional function crafts. Slumber in comfort and security at its cozy rooms uniquely adorned with the indigenous woven cloth the "Abel Iloco", a trademark in itself of the hotel.

The room accommodations cater to a maximum of eighty (80) transients.
