Palmeira serves International cuisine and hosts Goa's famous Jazz-Champagne Brunch. It opens for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wan Hao, the elegant Chinese courtyard-styled restaurant has an authentic Schezuan menu and opens only for dinner. Simply Fish at the Waterfront serves Seafood cuisine against a stunning backdrop of the Arabian Sea. It opens for lunch and dinner. The Cake Shop & Delicatessen is famous for it's snack time savories and scrumptious Pastries.

The Grand Ballroom is an exercise in understated opulence. The elegant neo-classical dιcor has distinct Goan overtures.
