It is easy to locate Sed Hotel. Suppose you are in Taksim, probably the most known square of whole Istanbul.

Then, find the Ataturk Kultur Center and stand before the biggest building on the square. That means you are standing right at the red point on the map.

Next, you must walk down the hill, following Inonu Street until you face the German Consulate - Turn right and walk downwards, then right and then take the next left

That should have taken you exactly to Saray Arkasi Street, mentioned on the map. Afterwards, turning from the first street, and left once again brings you to Sed Hotel.
