Cam Restaurant: presents a reflection of modern cuisine inspired by the purity and simplicity of Japanese art. Surrounded by glass, diners enjoy views of the stars and the Bosphorus while sampling a unique cuisine created by a talented Chef.

Cintemani: Cintemani, the all day dining restaurant, offers a menu inspired by the present day Mediterranean region and the Ottoman era of the past. For breakfast, lunch and dinner an open selection of dishes will complement the a la carte menu to allow our chef to use some of the freshest seasonal ingredients.

The Lobby Lounge: The Lobby Lounge is a venue to relax and meet friends while overlooking the magical Bosphorus Straits, enjoying light music and sampling an afternoon tea or evening cocktail. Hand woven kilim carpets, Turkish marble, and comfortable seating, flooded with natural daylight during the day and discreetly lit with candles in the evening, combine to create a warm and soothing ambience.
