The hotel is located on the main approach to Taksim Square from the Old City, directly on the main road.This is a modern, medium-rise block, which is sandstone in colour.This is a good first class hotel offering suberb views of the city. Some visitors however may find the location inconvenient as shops and restaurants are a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel.

Accommodation

The hotel has 177 rooms of which 7 are suits. All rooms have private bathroom, direct dial telephone, air conditioning, central heating, minibar, hair dryer and safe box. Sea view is available The bedrooms vary in size, but all are very well appointed with stylish traditional furniture. Some of the bedrooms to the front of the hotel have excellent views of Istanbul over the Golden Horn.

Restaurant

With 350 seating capacity hotel's main restaurant is available for all types of banquet organisations. At the 8th floor hotel has an A la Carte restaurant with a breathtaking view of Golden Horn where you can enjoy your meal while you become a witness of history. The main restaurant is located on the top floor with panoramic windows offering views of the city. It is decorated in brasserie style, with French blinds on the windows. A good selection of international and local dishes are served.
