ISLAND TRADER: is the Main Restaurant with a high ceiling and a view of the Indian Ocean, including Silhouette and North Island. Breakfast Buffet is served between 07.00 and 09.30, a daily changing Buffet-Dinner is served from 19.00 to 21.30 hrs
BISTRO: The Bistro is located directly at the beach and opens from 12.00 to 21.30 hrs. with à la carte service. Vegetarian dishes and children menus are served on request.
MAHEK: A fully air-conditioned Indian Gourmet Restaurant, featuring a rich selection of kebabs, tandoori delicacies, exotic curries and biryanis served in traditional antique style service ware. The “show cooking kitchen” permits our guests to watch the chefs while they prepare delicious dishes
POOL BAR: The refurbished 2-storey Pool Bar offers wonderful ocean views, featuring a fantastic sunset behind Silhouette Island. The bar serves drinks and exotic cocktails from noon to midnight, being an informal meeting place for locals and guests from overseas
SILHOUETTE LOUNGE: Complimentary afternoon tea and coffee is served from 16.00 to 17.00 hrs at the Silhouette Lounge, featuring selection of cakes and crêpes at a reasonable price for our hotel guests
MANAGEMENT COCKTAIL: Every Monday, our hotel guests have the opportunity to meet other guests and the management team at the Management Cocktail in the Silhouette Lounge. Juices are served free of charge from 18.30 to 19.30 hrs. and some experts for excursions and other activities are there to respond to questions

HANDICAPPED GUESTS: They have no problem to reach the hotel facilities. On the ground floor there are no stairs to the restaurant and the pool area. There is a lift from the ground floor to level 4
