In the brand new and elegantly restored 4-star apartments, fully-furnished and spacious, you will enjoy a vacation marked by pure relaxation. Depending on the location of your apartment, you’ll be no more than 50 to 300 meters from the pebbly and rocky beach.

The structure allows guests to dedicate their time to a diversity of sports and recreational activities. In addition to the many water sports to practice in this sparkling sea (swimming, windsurfing, diving), in the summer of 2005 guests will also enjoy a new pleasure swimming center.

What’s more, the Resort has one of the most modern tennis clubs in the country, where you can perfect your swing in optimal conditions, even by night.Those who prefer not to spend their holiday in front of a hot stove can dine at our restaurant, which serves local and international specialities. The coffee bar terrace commands a splendid view of the Island of Krk, located just opposite the hotel, and the unforgettable sunsets typical of the Croat Adriatic coast.

Accommodation

The 336 new four-star apartments are decorated in the characteristic and elegant Mediterranean style. The apartments are grouped into several pavilions and are luxuriously spacious (some flats have two bathrooms).

All the apartments have a beautiful balcony or terrace, and most have a view on the sea. 

Standard amenities in the new 4-star apartments, decorated with style and elegance, are satellite TV, telephone, room safe, air conditioning, bath towels, kitchenette with refrigerator, electric cook top, dishes and cutlery.

The apartments can be grouped into 4 categories:

Apartment A
about 50 – 55 m², for max 4 people
A charming new apartment, decorated in the classic Mediterranean style, with bedroom, lounge with sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, WC and balcony.

Apartment B1
about 70 m², for max 4 adults and 2 children
The charm of the south and supreme comfort. Two double rooms (one with bunk beds), spacious lounge with sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, shower, WC and balcony.

Apartment B2
about 70 m², for max 6 people

Facilities and Services


The “Novi Resort” residence is located in the midst of a woody slope directly on the sea, with a magnificent view of the island of Krk and near the historic villages of Novi Vinodolski and Crikvenica.

The pebbly and rocky beach in front of the structure is immaculate and a 2 km walk connects the residence to the fishing village of Novi Vinoldolski.
